Thanks, Shelley. I'll request the book (there's a
waiting list) and will leave it on the download list
until I finish two things I've promised. If someone
else wants it, you can take it. I told Shelley to
submit it and not worry about its condition, because
I'm happy to validate it no matter the condition.
