Hi Jamie,
In that case, the title of the chapter (the character's name in this case)
would just be bolded and enlarged to 16 point font. Bookshare books only
have one font type which looks a lot like ariel.
The change of font can't be carried over.

Right, exactly. All of the one person's content is in gold and like an Arial
font. The other person's content is all in black and like a Times font. Not
just chapter headings. Whole chapters.
