A few, mainly those I scanned at Grayscale and 400 dpi. So not sure. The
book I am reading now Hot Dog, has some but not a lot that I can find.
So I am not positive. It sure does annoy me though.

The word splitting problem may only be with this book. Have you scanned any
other books and had this word splitting happen?
