I do remember, quite a while ago, someone saying that the NY Times Best Sellers
needed to be done in house so they would be as close to perfect as possible. I
do not remember who it was (Carrie, Lisa, Claire, it may have been long enough
ago that it was Gustavo, I don't remember).
I thought they just got scanned in house and went to step 1 for validation by
regular volunteers. I didn't know they also got validated in house.
