Cindy, I think Lorrie is wanting to proofread, not scan. Lorrie, a couple of years ago there was a short run concept called series captains where people volunteered to direct or complete series. I signed up for a slew of hard to find books since I had nearly complete personal collections to proof from and older print books often have problems with unusual scannos.I continued to buy books to complete many older series, among them Nancy Drew, original and revised versions, but I have far fewer of the Nancy Drew Files and one of the more modern series. Em Rose, Vivian Flores, Sister Dolores and Jennifer Dunnam have been scanning for me as time permits. Because the series is so fractured, I'd like to try and stay on top of it. I hope you understand me wanting to proofread those I have already purchased, but if you are interested in some of the newer incarnations, I can let you know which ones I already have to avoid. Welcome to a great group of volunteers!
