Hi John,

I'm sorry I didn't get this out before now but the deadline is this Friday as
it will allow our staff to evaluate the poems and enter them in the contest
before the contest's actual deadline. I apologize for any inconvenience the
short notice has caused and should we find anything like this in the future
I'll make sure to give more notice!

Best,

Madeleine

Hi Madeline,

I may have missed part of this thread. This Friday seems like an awfully short
deadline. I'm interested, butg I don't think I can produce something worthwhile
in just two days.
