She needs to get the stream.  The Wave can only play audio dazi books.  It 
can't play the books with text like the Stream can.  The Stream is also 
caipable of playing nls talking books unlike the wave.  You can also listen to 
rtf and txt files on the stream if you have any books in that format.

        A friend of mine who has Dyslexia wants to know if she can listen to 
Book Share and RFB&D books using the Victor Reader Wave. Since Book Port is no 
longer being manufactured, she wants to know whether she should get the Victor 
Stream Reader or the Victor Reader Wave. The reason that she is thinking of 
getting the Victor Reader Wave is because this machine is less expensive than 
the Victor Stream Reader. What are the differences among the two devices? Which 
one is the better machine?
