Hi, Kellie and shelley! <Smile> I've experienced this with K1000 8 and 9. I've taken to pre-validating any library books as soon as I finish scanning them, so that I can re-scan a page if necessary. It's probably just a freak of nature. <LOL>

I experienced the same thing using the most recent version of Kurzweil. I
was sure at the time that I hadn't cause the book to wiggle or anything, but
with no explanation I decided I must just be crazy. <lol> I wonder if
there's some kind of fluke that happens repeatedly and causes this.
