Hi Judy,

Thank you. I'll wait until Carrie or someone else responds before scanning
anything.

This is very odd. It's in the collection but listed as "withdrawn" for a
publisher quality version. Here's the link:

http://www.bookshare.org/browse/book/359291

I'm guessing the copy you proofed was replaced by the PQ version--but then
the PQ version got withdrawn so there isn't any copy available!

I just did a search on google and discovered the exact same thing is true
for The Lord of the Rings: the Two Towers, although the other two books in
the triology are still there. So now there isn't any version of "The Two
Towers" available either.

This is one to ask bookshare staff about, so I'm cc:ing Carrie on this one!

Hi all,

I was looking over the fiction wish list and saw that someone has requested
The Hobbit. I proofed a very early copy of this book and I even still have
the old .bks file on my computer. I will happily rescan this book if
necessary--I have a copy here somewhere.
But, what happened to the copy that was in the collection? I can't find it
no matter what i search for.

Help appreciated...
Deborah
