Hi Grace,

I hadn't gotten that message for a long long time, but used to regularly
when preparing a book using Kurzweil 1000. The ancient fix still works.
Open the file in Word, insert anything, even just a space, at the top of
the file, backspace it out or delete it, and save the file again. It'll
upload fine now.

I had the same thing happen just last week. Hope it's just a fluke that
won't happen again!

Mayrie

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Anyone having trouble submitting a book?

Hi :

My husband is trying to submit a book, but it gives him an error. It's says
it's not a valid rtf and detect 0 page breaks and 0 words. He saved it in
word and got the same error. He tried with firefox and Explorer with same
results. Any suggestions?

Thanks.
