Hi Evan,
I’m using Word 2013 and Jaws 2018—I think Larry is using the same. What we were
both experiencing is Jaws announcing “page break” twice when you down-arrowed
past a page break. Mostly it seemed to happen when there was some kind of
heading at the top of a page. If you are using the right- and left-arrow you
only hear it once.
VFO is aware of the problem and hopefully a fix will be forthcoming.

Hey Folks,
I’m hoping to upgrade Lissi’s computer to JAWS 2018, but she said that she
thought she had heard on this list that there was some problem with JAWS 2018
and the speaking of pagebreaks in MS Word. Lissi is using Word 2010, so if
anyone knows about JAWS 2018 and that version in particular, that would be
great.
But in general, is anyone using JAWS 2018 and any version of MS Word having
problems of that sort?
