Hi!
I have a hard copy of this book, so I decided to reject the copy I have
been proofreading, because there were pages missing and scanos here and
there that I couldn't figure out what they should be and I didn't keep a
list of them so I could fix them. I also didn't know how to get hold of
the submitter. I just felt that it was more trouble to fix and would take
too long, and think it would be easier and more expedient to start fresh.
I am scanning a BSO of this book. I have scanned and read a few pages
today. I am protecting page numbers and deleting headers and cleaning up
any scanos I fine so whoever proofreads it should feel like he or she is
reading a nearly finished product.
