Cindy,

Whatever you put in comments is not transferred over to the user end.
It is only for the benefit of validators and the administrator. At this
point, if you wish to communicate something to the user, it must be
placed in the long synopsis field.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Adult rating

Tracy,

I agree with Jana. I put the adult rating on books
with explicit sex, even if it's erotic and tastefully
done, not gross. I also designate that rating for
books with swearing, even mild swearing, and violence.
I think there are some adults who don't want to read
books with those things in them -- at least that's the
impression I've gotten. I usually try to put in the
comments my reason for giving the rating so people
will know. They can then decide if they want to read
the books or not.

Cindy
