I have had a book, a BSO, but not labeled as such as it was before BSO was
implimented that has been in the queue since July of last year.

Hi Katie, might work. Just sent John a message gently chiding them for not
working from the bottom up and letting him know that one of my books has
been in the Q since last October 29 or there abouts, so Gustavo apparently
