I saw the None left there too when I checked if the book ended up on the
step 1 page, and I have no idea what I did or didn't do to cause that. I
would also like to know, when we put Hold for ..., does it need to go both
in the title and the file itself? That seems to be the case as I tried it in
another book without putting it in the title but making it part of the file
name and it didn't show up on the step 1 page. I hope someone will clarify
this for me.
