Brad, I think it is a speech engine and don't know about jaws or window eyes
and they are pretty expensive, for what Shelley has, they want $200.

is one place to test the AT&T natural voices. I think the voices cost $35,
but I might be wrong, since I only saw that for additional voices not for
the purchase of the CD containing Mike and Chrystal, which you must purchase
first.
