[bksvol-discuss] ACB and NFB conventions

Is it necessary to belong to the organization to go?
The difference is that for the staff to go to CSUN and
NFB and ACB and other official conventions, their wsay
is paid--and so is it, sometimes, for others whose
work sends them.
