Hold for is removed from the title of A to Z Bar Cookies but appears in the file name at least in the html of the name from my daisy version of download.
I know this is true of other titles. It is true of a book called Spangle which downloads with the same title as another book (I forget which one at the moment) whose title also comes out as hold for and a person's name.
I suspect the issue is probably occurring throughout the system and just has not been spotted yet and corrected.
Until an engineering fix is implemented, it may be prudent to report all such occurences to staff.
