I think that any fair books, even textbooks in most cases, should be rejected and/or rescanned. I don't like to guess at what should be on the page.

I sure would like to know how many "fair" rated books are downloaded. It
would give me some idea of whether or not it's worth the trouble to accept a
fair-quality romance, for instance. I could see that some student,
desperate to have *something*, might take a fair book required for class,
but how about the rest of general fiction?
I know how I feel about fair books (won't touch 'em), but I understand
others feel differently.
