II just checked my copy of Jesse's list and that book
is on it, which  theoretically means that is awaiting
approval by the administrator or is being validated.
Unfortunately, Jesse hasn't posted an updated list, so
it could be there from when you were working on it.
Why it would appear back on the download list I don't
know, unless someone else, not seeing it anywhere,
also scanned it. Maybe you could download it,  so no
one else will work on it ,until you find out from
Jesse what the score is.
