The book I'm reading has within it three "books", titled "The First Book", "The
Second Book", and "The Third Book". In each case the title of the book appears
on a page that is either blank otherwise or contains a poem. The page
immediately following this page is blank, and the page following that repeats
the title of the book, followed by the title of a chapter, followed by the body
text.
In preparing the navigation, should both instances of the "book's" title be
rendered in 18-point bold?
