The one copy that is showing for $4 says "very poor" do these usually work
okay for scanning for bookshare? I have bought from the third party vendors but
try for the "fine" or "very good" ratings. Has anyone bought a poor one and
found that it scanns okay?

You can buy the book in a "used" condition on Amazon for as low as $4.84.
This of course means you'll be purchasing from one of the third-party sellers,
but most people have found those experiences to be predominantly positive.

Would any of you who have access to libraries larger than mine check to
see if you can get a book called "Let The Good Times Roll" by John Chilton. It
is a book about jazz great Louis Jordan. I found it on Amazon but it's quite
pricey. I would really appreciate it if anyone would be willing to scan this
book.
