I always put [cover] and put what is on it, i.e., title and author, and 
describe a picture briefly if there is one. I don't bother with the back cover 
which usually is reviews unless there is info hat seems important, e.g., infor 
re the autho o a credit for the over illustrator.

I also put front flap and back flap in backets and copy that infor. I don't 
start the page numbering for the pages that precede the text until after the 
back flap.
