I know what a Kurzweil Machine is; I was wondering why it said
"braille machine."

There is a machine, often at libraries and other institutions called a
Kurzweil machine. You put your book on it, it scans the page and reads
it
out loud. Guide Dogs for the Blind dorms have one and many libraries.

That is a very clear post. What if the blank pages don't change the
numbering? For instance if I have Page 20 a blank page, and then Page
21? Then I wouldn't number the blank page, right?
