(smiling) I noticed that too, Ann, and didn't know what to do about it.

Hi all,

Alisa, your message is sort of unclear. It's got a double negative
which makes it difficult to understand. How about "When you check out
books from the chickout queue, please be sure to check out books on
hold which are in your name and not meant for other volunteers."

Um, is this closer to what you meant to say?

Ann P.

Original message:

Hi all,

PLEASE do not take books out of the proofreading queue that are not placed on hold in your name.

This causes a lot of aggravation and a drain on both volunteer and Bookshare staff resources.

If you have a book on hold for proofing, and you find it’s no longer there, please let me know asap.

This is a matter of respect for your fellow volunteers. Thank you for your consideration!

Kindly,

Alisa K. Moore
