Thanks for jumping on this. I did notice the used copy on Amazon for $49 but 
did not do the ILL research. This may be one that we cannot deliver on.

It's also tough to find in libraries. According to WorldCat.org, UC Berkeley 
has a copy, but it's checked out and not due until the end of August.  That was 
the only copy even remotely close to where I am, and I don't even have access 
to the Berkeley libraries.
