Hi Jill,
If you've been working on the file in Kurzweil, there's a bug somewhere that
causes the Bookshare system to think Kurzweil's rtf files are not valid files.
All you have to do is open the file in either Word or WordPad, hit a space or
some other character, backspace over it again, and hit save. Then the file
should upload with no problems.
