Two Michigan libraries have it: CMU in Mt. Pleasant and the "Library of
Michigan" which I don't know what or where that is but both consider it a
rare book and won't loan it out.
However I think we can view the full book at

but it lists the same things as what Pam listed for the page numbers.
I show your page 17 to be page 24. But the book is very old and possibly the
copy of the book you have is just screwed up and really does have two page
18s in it.
I'm not sure if you're scanning or proofreading the book or if you have
sight or not but if you're nervous about the book you can view the whole
thing if you have sight at that link above, and even download a PDF copy of
the whole book it says.
