LAST CALL * BiTS 2012 Abstract Submission Deadline is November 1

 

 Just 5 days to go before the abstracts submission deadline for the 2012
BiTS Workshop. So whether you're wrapping up those final edits or still on
the fence about submitting an abstract for the 2012 BiTS Workshop, you've
still got a little time to get your abstract submitted. The BiTS Workshop
"wants your abstract" to help build another strong technical program!!  

     * As the world's premier event for what's NOW & NEXT in burn-in & test
of packaged IC's, BiTS is dedicated to providing a forum for the latest
information on a broad range of topics related to burn-in & test. Presenting
a paper at BiTS is a great opportunity to share your latest work with your
industry colleagues from around the world.  

     * Not sure if your topic is a good fit for the BiTS audience? Well, you
may be surprised: you'll find that papers welcomed at BiTS cover a very
broad range of topics associated with test and burn-in. Check out the BiTS
website (www.bitsworkshop.org <http://www.bitsworkshop.org/> ) for some
great topic suggestion ideas - of course papers and posters are not limited
to these topics! Plus you'll find other abstract submission information on
the website too.
