Hi folks,
We are in the planning stages for the virtual KOS spring meeting. Like the
past two, we intend to host three-days' worth of events.
*If you would like to contribute to this meeting, now is the time to let us
know.* Check the past two virtual meetings at
http://www.birdky.org/kos-meetings.html for ideas...if you missed these
meetings, there's a LOT of great content there to investigate.
Past meetings have featured recorded talks, feature articles, keynote
speeches, photo shows, quizzes, blogs, family activities, travelogues,
technical reports, running weekend bird counts, and the ever-popular
"favorite bird" voting tournaments.Plus other nature features on insects
and flowers.
Our previous meetings have drawn more than four hundred unique site
visitors each. This is a great way to share your
photos/insights/experiences/art with fellow birders.
The 2021 virtual spring meeting is scheduled for June 4th - 6th. If you
would like to contribute, we'd love to hear from you. The meeting
committee consists of Steve and Meg Brown, Janet Kistler, and myself. *The
