I forgot about our formatting issues on the list serve. I believe the
options will be listed more legibly on the meeting flyer. If anyone is
looking for cheaper alternatives, a quick Google search should turn up your
options.

Greetings all,
 

            Our KOS spring meeting isn't until the end of April (27th-29th),
but Kentucky Dam Village SRP has only guaranteed to hold rooms for us until
March 11th. It's time to think about making reservations. They will hold 20
lodge rooms for us at $ 99.95, double occupancy. Be sure to tell them you're
with KOS if you call. The park number is (800) 325-0146.

 

They also have cabins and campsites, but they are not holding any
specifically for our group.

 

Looking around online, I've found several options not too far from the park.
I cannot vouch for any of these places, but here is some contact info if
anyone wants to look.

 

            It should be a great time of year in an excellent birding area;
more information about programs and field trips will be coming soon.
