[birdky] bird walk this Saturday morning

Just to let anyone know who's interested - I will be working this Saturday
at the Arboretum and will lead a bird walk beginning at 8 a.m. There is no
cost for this program - however, it is a football Saturday, so you should
park off-campus (perhaps Bellefonte?) or walk. The game starts at 1 p.m.
and they will be closing off the parking lot and Alumni will only be one-way
after probably around 10 a.m. (maybe earlier). We will start the walk at
the Visitor Center - if you arrive after 8:15, take the paved trail to the
woods (that's the trail that goes past the picnic tables). That's the
direction we'll be going, and we'll spend some time in the woods on the
walk. Don't know what we'll find, but the hawks have been real active
lately and it's a great excuse for a walk on what hopefully will be a
beautiful autumn morning.
