I got to Turnhole Bend early today, hoping to "pull a Durbin", complete with
Canadas and Blackburnians. No such luck.plenty of summer residents getting a
loud start to the morning, though. Over at the visitor center clearing, I
had a little better luck with migrants.

2 magnolia warblers

1 chestnut-sided w.

1 male redstart

1 RB grosbeak

Several TN and blackpolls still around. Not a super-active day on the
migration front.
