You may want to contact the Fish and Game Conservation Officer next time, even
with a hunting permit there are regulations and guidelines for having a duck
blind and hunting from a motor boat.
I think there is also a statute about residential areas in the vicinity but not
100 percent.
The conservation officer can at least clarify the law for you.
I know it’s illegal to hunt near and at the Falls of the Ohio State Park
because of Federal Jurisdiction with the Corp of Engineers.
