[birdky] Tricolored Heron

An adult Tricolored Heron was at Fishing Creek this evening. It was on the
left side of the boat ramp parking lot at Pulaski County Park. It likely
could be seen from the Fishing Creek Rec. Area, as well. It's my first for
the county.
