Forest music is back! Finally, after a very slow start to this spring
migration, I can drive through Mammoth Cave park without long periods of
silence. I have a six-mile drive from the north side park boundary to the
ferry...I counted 12 wood thrushes in that stretch, along with numerous nesting
warblers and vireos.
FOS great crested flycatchers, rose-breasted grosbeak, and chimney swifts today.
