ASK had their scheduled walk today (6/23) out at Maine Chance Farm (Lexington).
Had a pretty nice day. Temperatures started in the high 60's and did not hit 80
until we were done. Ended up with 39 species. The highlights included a
Sharp-shinned Hawk eating something on a fence post., singing Savannah and
Grasshopper Sparrows, a big flock of Horned Larks in one of the fields, both
vultures on something in one of the fields.
