I dropped out to Talon Winery on the south side of Fayette County around
dusk. After watching a Northern Harrier for a while Short-eared Owls
started calling and 5 came from the north side of the property. They were
quite boisterous, like teenagers heading out for the night. They flew
right over me. One stayed on the property and the others dispersed to
places beyond.
And after nearly 20 years of hotmail, I’ll migrate to gmail. Let me know if
there are any issues with this one, sent from my iPhone.
