[birdky] RPT: Reliable Snowy Owl report from Henderson County

A very reliable-sounding report of a Snowy Owl has come in from western
Henderson County near Smith Mills from a retired employee with the Ky
Dept of Fish and Wildlife Resources, Bob Bolds. The bird was videotaped
on Sunday but has not been seen again in the immediate vicinity. The
location where the bird was seen is as follows:
KY Gazetteer, page 44; block C-2; at the jct of JJ Utley Road and
Gabhart-Latta Road; this jct is the "T" jct on the map, just below the
hyphen (-) after Gabhart. Note that in the field, these road names may
be different -- as is not infrequent when referring to the Gazetteer.
Bob is going to call if he sees the bird again, and I will get a copy of
the video he took for documentation.
