With the weather being so beautiful and warm, I was surprised to have a Red-breasted Nuthatch here this morning. There are also a couple of PURPLE FINCHES who have withstood the voracious HOUSE FINCHES at the feeders. Bluebirds, Eastern Phoebe, Northern Flicker, Pileated, WP, Am Robin, along with other yard birds are hanging in. BTW Les has been hearing the White-throated Sparrows the past three mornings. Cheers to all, Joan Carr Pike County.
