While birding with the London Birding Club at Wildcat Mountain today I saw an Olive-sided Flycatcher perched in a dead snag. Just as I got the scope on it and backed away for others to see it flew and couldn't be relocated.
Other highlights: Red-breasted Nuthatch Rose-breasted GrosbeaksWarblers were very few Tennessee, Magnolia, Blackburnian, Pine, American Redstart, Ovenbird, and Hooded.
9/14 Casey Creek, AdairIt was pretty dead everywhere, except at the boat ramp. There was a little fallout of warblers.
