Hello again KY Birders,
This is just a quick reminder about the BBC field trip to Bernheim Forest
starting from the Lake Nevin parking at 8am tomorrow (Sunday) morning. The
weather forecast for the morning is currently sunny and 47°F, but becoming
warmer, cloudier, and windier towards noon.
I am uncertain as to whether today's rain will make it difficult to access
the Golden Eagle hotspot, but I intend to try for them if possible. Also
some of the trails may still be damp, so please plan accordingly.
FYI: If you are coming from Louisville, I'll be grabbing a quick breakfast
at the McDonald's on Shelbyville Road near I-264 at 7am if you wish to join
me.
After the trip, the plan is to eat lunch at Issac's Cafe in the visitor
center.
