This very cold morning we had a beautiful Brown Thrasher kicking up leaves
in the yard. Have not seen any thrashers here since late fall, so this was
a nice sighting for me. Also flushed two Cedar Waxwings from some
underbrush a couple of days ago. Seemed odd that there were only the two.
