I spotted an Adult Bald Eagle sitting high in a tree at the intersection of the
south fork and the boat ramp harbor at Burnside Island this morning. It stayed
there for about 30 minutes before flying northward along the lake.

Also, 2 Belted Kingfishers, 3 Great Blue Herons, about 80 Canada Geese, and
several Turkey Vultures and crows scattered around the island.
