Didn’t see much special today but feeder birds were very cooperative about
being photoed, including one Fox Sparrow. Blackbirds hogged the feeders most of
the day but finally left in time to fill up all the little guys. There were
some Horned Larks in the pasture. Could barely see my view screen in the field,
but after downloading, I see one not like the others. Possibly a Longspur but
can’t be sure. It appears to have 2 wing bars. It is the bird in the upper left
center of the group.
