Thanks Dave.
In the upper part of the field behind our horse stable had at least 3 short
eared owls and a large group of harriers working the field late this
afternoon.Lots of good looks at owls flying and sitting on posts.
Property probably closed Friday for a controlled burn.

Don
I updated the ASK web site with the spring and summer walk schedule. I
currently have two walks scheduled out at Shaker Village for 5/24 and 7/19.
I have also posted several kayak trips that I got from Tina Nauman, one of
which is a paddle to see the heron rookery on the river. It is scheduled for
5/04.
Not sure if you are a member of the ASK list serve, but if you are, we would
all be interested in seeing posts of anything interesting that you all are
seeing out at Shaker Village. Such as, displaying Woodcock, Henslow's Sparrows,
etc... If you do not want to join the list serve to post directly, you can send
information to me to post.
Hope everything is going well
