Robert Foster and Rebecca Bates found two Ross's Geese this morning
foraging in a field directly across from Berea Community School. To get
the location take Exit 77 of I-75, head East. Take the first road on the
right hand side, Walnut Meadow Road. The birds are directly across from
the school bus entrance of the school (about 1.5 miles from the
I-75 pull-off). They are extremely approachable and I was able to get
within 30 yards of them to obtain photos. Do note that they were directly
behind a black fence on the east side of Walnut Meadow and at times viewing
of the birds was obstructed by the fence.
