KY Birders,
I had my FOS Ovenbird and Hooded Warblers at the Breaks Interstate Park along
the VA/KY border yesterday. Also saw Black-and-white, Yellow-throated,
Black-throated Green and Pine Warblers. Also had my FOS Blue-gray Gnatcatcher.
No luck spotting the Peregrines from the Stateline overlook that had been seen
there recently. I think the Breaks were the last spot they nested in Virginia
during the DDT years (not sure about Kentucky) - it would be great to get a
nesting pair back in the gorge.

P.S. - got some pictures of a very early Cerulean Warbler in Virginia about 10
miles from the Kentucky line this morning. They are probably already in
Kentucky also.
