The Arboretum is offering Project Flying WILD training on Thursday, April 11th
from 4-7:30. Project Flying WILD is an environmental education curriculum with
birds as the focus. This curriculum is wonderful for anyone interested in
teaching students about birds. At the bottom of the note is the text from the
flyer. I have the original PDF of the flyer, so let me know if you need it and
I
can send it to you.
The Arboretum is also planning “Fourth Friday Fun Day” with birds as the theme
on Friday, May 24th from 10-1. It is an all outdoor event.
Lastly, if you or anyone you know is interested in designing a bird house, bird
bath, bird feeder, etc. for the Arboretum's annual birdhouse exhibit, here is a
