Attached to this email is our org chart here at the University of
Texas at Austin. Our unit falls under the Office of the Dean of Students but I
report directly to our VPSA and Dean of Students since she now has a dual
title. In terms of our org chart we have three assistant directors who each
primarily address academic, student org, and cases that are referred from
Housing and Residence Life. All three assistant directors supervise a graduate
assistant, and two supervise full-time Student Conduct Specialist. The student
conduct specialists are our new/entry level professionals. My direct reports
are the three assistant directors, case manager, and administrative associate.
In terms of years of experience our student conduct specialists generally have
1-3 years of experience and assistant directors usually have about 4 - 7 years
of professional experience. I hope that this information is helpful. Have a
